  I have been a customer of Ray & Son's Tirecraft for over 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The customer service and respect I receive is by far the best in town. Jackie never disappoints and always goes out of her way to make my experience excellent...she really knows her stuff and she even drives me to work when my car is being looked after!! Kale and Ralph are also very knowledgeable, not pushy and have my best interests always. They talk to me with respect and kindness and they explain things when I don't understand....that to me is true customer service!! Keep up the great work!!

  My trusted mechanic--Ray and Sons, finally, I feel good again about car maintenance. I drifted for 3 years in car repair wonderland going from one clip joint (franchises, no names mentioned) to another until I found Glenn and Ray and Sons. After the third reference from strangers in York Region, I chose R&S. I have 3 vehicles (kids kill your budget) and all are serviced by R&S. The front office is courteous, professional, and always bang on with estimates. The Owner, Glenn, is humble, attentive and a fine person to deal with. Finally, I united with a Trusted Mechanic....now, I have to keep working on finding a trusted plumber and lawyer....

  I purchased a set of 4 tires a while a ago. They are my summer tires and I noticed a screw in one of them today. I called and spoke to Kayle. He listened to my concerns and made room for me today to get the tire repaired. I had mentioned a slight vibration issue at high speed and he offered to have a look and re-balance the tires for me. I drove in an out in an hour and it was all done. I highly recommend Kayle and his team for excellent customer service and performance. They can't be beat hands down!
