I think they are related to the Barrie Olive Oil Company which has ben around for a few years but are relatively new to the Newmarket area. Their olive oil is the best quality I have ever tasted and the balsamic vinegars are the real deal! I had the pleasure of dealing with two of their staff recently - Charlene and Nicole - both of whom were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit to Newmarket Olive Oil in the Market at Upper Canada Mall - you won't be disappointed! I am looking forward to trying more of their recipes, suggestions and flavours.
