(March 16, 2019, 8:34 pm)Beautiful trail, maintained even in the winter, several play parks for families to stop at along the way, multiple path options. Grab a hot or cold drink or treat in one of the little shops on the Main Street to enjoy on your stroll.

(March 15, 2019, 3:53 pm)Fairy Lake is a wonderful area to play for kids and includes parkette playground. You can walk or bike your way around and connects to paths that can take you for kilometers in both directions. There are 1 km markers to let you know how far you've gone. Lovely place to picnic even with flush washrooms along with two gazebos you can bbq under in case it rains. Highly recommend this delightful park.

(January 7, 2019, 11:24 am)Fairy Lake park is a nice place to go, if you want to have a picnic, or just take a stroll to the park. It is well located at the southern tip or at the bottom of main Street in Newmarket. The only thing that I find is that it is a little dated, meaning that the city hasn't really changed much in this park over the last 5 to 10 years. That being said it is still a nice place oh, it is kept clean, well-maintained and again it is a nice place to go with family and friends if you want to have a relaxing day or afternoon.
