(May 15, 2018, 3:07 pm)This Newmarket Car Quest is not visible from Mulock Dr street, although opposite Mazda dealer. Located behind a tire store, that is blocking the entire building, so I missed it when looking for it. It is clean, consistent layout, same counter, same store front like other Car Quest stores.
I am a regular Car Quest customer, and always get the Castrol ATF fluid for my BMW, as well as A/C freon. This is certainly one of the store I will call up to get quote for auto parts. Sometimes they have it at cheaper price, and sometimes not. A big can of R12a freon is selling at $7, while from Part Source, a small can selling at $12.
They also carry lots of auto repair tools, which is way more than Princess Auto. They do carry cheap model that Princess Auto sells, as well as expansive brands. The price is comparable, and I yet to find a cheap supplier.
I haven't claim any warranty with them.
Stuff seems to change from year to year, so can't comment on the attitude, but my main focus is their parts' availability instead of their employees. -
