Amazing service. I was looking for an obscure bit of hardware and while they didn't have anything like it in stock, they were able to work with me to find an alternative that worked. Once they found it, they just gave it to me at no charge! I know it's only a couple bucks, but it's seriously great to see a business willing to help customers for free.

Needed 2 screws for the newly installed European door, but no luck anywhere.. dropped by here and the gentleman behind the counter took his time and searched and finally found me the exact length and specs screws, he did not want to charge me and I insisted to pay the couple bucks for it .. second visit similar situation needed a screw for an office chair recliner, this time a different gentleman did the exact same, patiently studied the screw and finally found one and again no charge!.. did I mention both times coffee was on the house. all I have to say you guys rock!, I know where to spend the big bucks when the time comes, couple of free screws and professional hospitality goes a long way. Thank you again!

I stripped a bolt in the proprietary seat clamp on my road bike (unique bolt, never seen it before). The bike manufacturer doesn't sell the bolts, and a new seat clamp would be 3 weeks. I ride this bike everyday, so this was going to be tough for me. Checked this place out at the suggestion of my bike mechanic. The guy I dealt with measured the bolt, asked me how many I needed, and I said maybe a few if you've got them (just in case). I couldn't believe they had almost identical bolts, except slightly shorter, but they worked and he gave them to me for free. Customer for life, if I ever need anything they supply - or to recommend to friends in the trades. Thank you!
