    I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a better realtor than Simon at Remax All Stars. Simon goes above and beyond for his clients--the whole time you feel completely represented and that he is fighting for your best interests. From the moment we first met with Simon we were impressed by his knowledge and preparedness. Even before we hired him, he presented us with portfolios containing a detailed analysis of the market in the area where we were selling our house. His professionalism only increased as we started to work with him. He managed the sale from beginning to end, organized with our stager, and held an open house that brought in over 30 people in one day. Simon responded to constant inquiries, reviewed and advised us on over 15 offers, provided us with spreadsheets to evaluate offers, explained every contract that we painstakingly made him walk through with us, and counselled us through our best options. Thanks to his hard work we closed within 30 days and $105,000 over our asking price!
