Just recently bought a used GLK-350 and am servicing and buying parts/accessories at MB Markham now. Treated pretty much the same and am pleased with everything I have experienced so far. Keep up the good work and hope all your sales staff and other staff treat all customers and potential customers the way I have been treated! Thank you!

(March 30, 2019, 4:09 pm)The experience here really depends on your sales person, we've dealt with a few older sellers and they feel rude and snobby as if our business was too small or we're not important enough for them.
We worked with Christopher Chu there and he was great; honest, down-to-earth, and very helpful throughout the sales process.
Their service center is very business due to the volume but I've heard great things, I will be finding out very soon on how my appointments go.
I give them 7/10! -

I am a very satisfied customer.. love my car.
