Did not feel pressured and Sinclair took his time with us to answer all of our questions, as well as providing recommendations that would helps us extract the most value for our dollar. He continued to service me in the following days via email in thorough detail when I had additional questions, even on his day off. Would highly recommend Markham Acura when looking for a new car - very knowledgeable and top notch service.
