Staff and Dr. Factor were amazing! I was so nervous because Root Canal sounds very scary. Everyone calmed my nerves and expertly fixed and saved my tooth. He really is the Best!
I was extremely nervous going to get a root canal. Dr. Factor was amazing. He put me at ease and made me comfortable during the whole procedure. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was from start to finish. Dr. Factor is extremely good at what he does. Both he and is staff are so friendly and welcoming. Should I ever need another I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Outstanding with respect to my root canal. Price explained clearly upfront. Painless procedure and even afterwards. I needed no meds. Doctor Factor has a professional and calming personality. He is obviously excellent at his job and easy to talk to, offering answers to any questions that arose. If I need another back molar root canal I would definitely go back to his practice and will recommend him to my friends and family
