(March 14, 2020, 12:59 am)I received a referral from my optometrist for a consultation on laser eye surgery. An appointment was made and the lady that called me gave me directions to their location and parking directions as well. They have a few parking spots behind their building. A form was filled out and the refractive surgery consultant put me through a few tests to make sure everything was good before explaining the different types of surgery, the procedure, what happens the day of. Next they can book the appointment for you or you can call the downtown location yourself. I felt taken care of and there's a lifetime commitment for distance vision for all their laser surgery patients, if there is a need for an additional procedure.

(February 26, 2020, 9:06 pm)I decided to have my eye surgery here. The waiting time is long. I booked an appointment for June, but then figured out that I have to change it. I emailed the Institute in mid January and have been waiting since for any information about my options. I followed up a week ago - still nothing. I also called today - no one answered or called me back.
Not the best customer service. I am wondering what chance do I have to contact the Institute when something goes wrong after my surgery. -
