Audi Uptown takes customer feedback seriously even indirectly over social media and takes action to resolve issues. Some of the best service period let alone from a dealer. Impressive!

(March 10, 2019, 6:57 pm)Love Audi, its the only brand of car I ever want to purchase. Good quality vehicle, drives well in winter, handles amazingly. The only negative is the cost of repairs and gas is more expensive cause the vehicles require premium. Once you drive an Audi nothing else compares. I got a Jeep Cherokee to drive for winter and my Audi drives better in the snow then my Jeep does.

Even the sales guys are friendly, Frederick was helping me look for my next car and I think will come back when the time is right, come here if you’re looking for an Audi; better than some of the other dealerships around.

Took care of everything I needed, keep me informed as to how they were doing and personally called me at my office when the service was complete.
