  Very chill vibe here. There are many small children and elderly. It is a nice place to meet with people and the folks here are friendly. They offer many programs; art, day care, dance, tutor, etc.

  Back in the days, I remembered this place being bigger.
  
  It is serviceable, has a CIBC and it isn't all that busy compared to other branches (like Yonge and Steeles). Has a Kin Kin bakery...the buns were pretty fresh when I was there.

  We go here for kids' health services and are happy with their healthcare. Other than that we purchase food here. It's usually fairly quiet when we go here on weekdays. Not a lot of stores but clean and convenient. Finding a parking spot sometimes is pure luck or patience due to the small lot.
