I used Fixall to disconnect and then reconnect my kitchen sink water supply after installation of a new countertop. All was good till a leak developed and I contacted Aaron. Initially he responded to say he was on another job and then nothing, crickets. I waited and still nothing so I texted again and this time no response at all. I had to get someone else to fix the issue. I don't expect to have something done for nothing but I do expect at least a response. I am very disappointed as I did give Fixall a good recommendation after the first job.
