(February 8, 2022, 11:02 pm)I want to say how pleased I was with getting my car out of a snowbank. The driver, Abdel Aljandal did a wonderful job helping me.
I had to phone CAA twice as the 1st person who answered my call told me CAA did not do the service I requested. Hopefully someone can speak to her so she can get her information right when members call for assistance -

(February 8, 2022, 5:43 am)Last year, when my daughter was just a baby, I somehow locked her and the keys inside my husbands car. Fortunately she was asleep in her car seat and it was fall so it wasn't hot outside. Regardless, I FREAKED OUT. I wasn't yet a member but I called CAA anyways begging them to help me. The dispatch lady was calm and reassuring. She placed me on the briefest hold and told me that someone would arrive at my location within 6 minutes. She stayed on the phone with me as I watched my baby sleeping. I've never felt so scared before. Sure enough, just shy of 6 mins later, a CAA truck appeared next to my car. The operator jumped out, grabbed his tools and my car door was unlocked without issue or damage in moments. I was so deeply grateful. The cherry on top is this service was free of charge. I couldn't believe it. I have had experiences with CAA in the past as a member (I quit driving for a few years due to cost so I didn't have a membership during that time) and I've always been pleased. Several people in my family are also members and I've never heard a complaint from anyone. They hire honest, hard working, polite operators. I highly recommend getting a membership for peace of mind.
