Although my purchase was of two ceramic vases and not a larger piece, she couldn't have been more gracious in sending emails and photos to help me make my choices. Shipping them to Florida was done with grace and, when one arrived broken, she made the refund transaction with charm and efficiency. Such personal service for an email transaction is rare and very much appreciated.
