(July 11, 2020, 9:33 pm)the topper and pillows i purchased is very cost efficient and has prove to be great for my sleep, there is no spring inside the pillow, it is very soft and put your head in a perfect position to get a great rest and protect your spine at the same time, and with the biocrystal power pad inside the pillow, i never felt so good when sleeping.
