(February 24, 2020, 5:37 pm)I recently closed my mortgage with OMJ Mortgage Capital. I’ve been dealing with the banks directly since I first knew or heard about mortgages. The OMJ team worked to get me the best deal available. Unfortunately, my bank was not able to approve me to the mortgage amount I required. The OMJ Mortgage team helped place my mortgage with an A lender with better rate and service than my current bank which I’ve been dealing with for well over a decade. This experience has allowed me to understand why I should go to a mortgage broker instead of a bank. Moving forward all financing for my real estate transactions will be completed via OMJ Mortgage. Besides everything I mentioned, their friendly approach, experience and education on financing made a stressful financing situation into a positive experience.
