Donovan was an angel sent from God to guide and provide me with all the advise I ever needed in a home purchase. Buying a house was complicated for me but after contacted Donovan, the process was simple than what I could have ever imagined. Prior, I had a Broker who was not providing the right advise so I switched to another broker who was Donovan. He spent hours listening and understanding my needs and advise me on the right choice for my mortgage term with the best rate. Since I switched Broker I didn’t had much time as the closing was approaching but Donovan worked on my mortgage past midnight to close my house on time.
