Always a very pleasant experience and I hate dentists! The facility is always clean and I felt extremely safe with all the safety measures in place due to Covid-19. Keep up the great work! Look forward to my next visit.

As always, impressed with how the Mount Joy Dental team responded to the protocols of the College(s) and the virus. We were pre-appointment phone-screened, where the procedure was explained in detail. Because they had our colour/make of vehicle, they were waiting for us in the parking lot, where we went through another screen. Normally, no waiting room allowed but because my husband and I tag-teamed this visit, he was allowed to wait inside because of the stifling heat. He was placed in the furthest seat and asked to mask as he waited. Cheryl, my hygienist wore a mask and shield and had disinfected between patients. There's a plexiglass screen now between reception and patients for payment. Washrooms were disinfected after each use. After payment and hand sanitizing, all doors were opened so we didn't have to touch anything. The same wonderful air of patient care as always. I've been with this team since before all of them joined, and now that I've moved an hour away, I still make the drive quarterly back to Markham for their superb dental care.

Mount joy Dental is a very calm and caring practice where everyone is courteous and professional. Dr Chari is incredibly knowledgable using the latest techniques to provide smooth and capable procedures. Highly recommended!

Not everyone's favourite thing to do, but going to Mount Joy for our family is painless !
They are skilled, caring, fair and professional. Yes I totally recommend them.

2019 Update: Went in for my 9-monthly check-up and cleaning. As usual, everything was efficient, friendly and relaxed.
