I probably exchanged over 30 emails with Katie about the cables I bought and every time the response was fast and very informative. She was very patient with me and didn't pressure me to buy. I bought custom cables and they were done very professionally and solid looked better than purchased non-custom cables, even the packaging was impressive. I will use them from now for all my cabling needs. Amazing customer service and high quality products. Thank you so much for everything.
