I’ve bought a couple TVs from small, third-party, refurbished product distributors and always had some sort of sketchy negative experience (selling defective products, poor customer service). This place is awesome. Communicative, transparent, and trust worthy. Definitely a positive experience. I basically got a spanking new LG OLED TV for almost $1k less than its original retail price. Flawless down to the thread on the screws.

Their communication is the best we’ve ever seen. We purchased an LG television from them and they shipped it a very long distance to get it to us. It was packed incredibly securely and they ensured that everything went perfectly. Their attention to detail was truly impressive and they checked in repeatedly to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We were a little nervous to try KJ Distribution because we hadn’t heard of them before. However, we can attest that they are not only completely legitimate, but are heads above other online stores. We wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again and to recommend them to all our friends and family. Truly a wonderful purchase experience all around. Thanks KJ! :-)
