Went on the website and found that it was under warranty.Contacted the office in Richmond Hill and received the best customer service - Thanks Terry! - Just had to send a picture of the wheel and a copy of the receipt and a replacement was on the way.

Had a wheel come off (snapped) and after being on hold with a Canadian Airline and told it would take a while before they would get to my file.....I was extremely frustrated! Called Trochi and had the luggage repaired within the week. Great people to deal with...super friendly!!!
