(July 4, 2021, 4:28 am)Came here on a Saturday evening and unfortunately it wasn’t the Hero burgers that we’re used to. I got the Action Hero burger and my partner got the Signature burger, and we also shared a large Ultimate fries which… sadly wasn’t ultimate to say the least.
The patties were flat and we didn’t even get any cheese in our burgers. The buns were also not as puffy/plump as we would’ve expected and their fries tasted “shallow” and severely undersalted, thus bland. Maybe it was an off day for this location but we really expected better considering that we were the only customers when we ordered our food all the way to receiving our food as the rest of the location was empty. Wish I could say better but unfortunately not. -

(May 2, 2021, 9:20 pm)Consistent quality and friendly service at this location. Burgers always great. Cooked right . always generous with toppings. Always thankful for business. Store is always clean. Markham Rd and Bur Oak store is closer to my home but quality and service are terrible.

(April 25, 2021, 9:33 pm)We don’t get fast food often, but when we do we get hero burgers from this location. They have good deals like 2 can dine with fries and a fountain drink for 20.99 and a 4oz burger combo for 9.89. This location is clean and staff are nice. I like that the meat is raised without antibiotics and animals are grain fed.
UPDATE: we realized other hero burger locations don’t have the two can dine deal. Come here if you want a good deal! -

(February 21, 2021, 4:26 pm)One of my favorite places to go for burgers in Markham. What I love is the consistency of the ingredients that I get which fails to disappoint me every single time. People working at this place are friendly and service is very quick. There's a decent sized menu to choose from along with daily specials.

(November 8, 2020, 2:25 pm)I go to this outstanding restaurant often because I love the special air that is part of this restaurant. The team is exceptionally cordial and professional. The service is very fast. Also, the food they serve is good. I came many times and I was always satisfied. The pay is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
