(April 6, 2022, 12:51 pm)I bought a Canmore GPS logger planning to use it with my Fire tablet, but was having a lot of connectivity issues. I emailed support and Jack tried to help diagnose the problem with very quick and helpful responses. In the end, I was not able to resolve the issue, but Jack offered to refund the unit. I am very satisfied with the customer support I received.
(February 25, 2022, 6:43 pm)I have purchased both the Columbus P-1 GPS logger and GNSS200L receiver from GPSWebShop, and have good experience with both. I accidentally loaded incorrect firmware on to the Columbus P-1, causing it to malfunction. I emailed GPSWebShop and received very prompt and attentive help from Jack. While we were diagnosing the issue, he sent me a replacement logger with expedited shipping so that I would not have any delays with my GPS measurement work. This company provides excellent technical customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone who requires quality GPS equipment.
