We had the whole two floors of our home painted and it looks absolutely beautiful! The entire crew were punctual, polite, conscientious, hard working and professional. They always treated our home with the utmost respect. Outstanding, old time customer service and communication and they always kept us in the loop. Not only did they complete the project in a timely manner, but they also wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied and happy. We are so grateful we chose GEM Painting and Finishing and we have already made referrals to some of our friends and neighbours.

We hired Jerohmie and Dee to paint the walls on the main floor of our house, and they were consummate professionals from beginning to end. They were on time for the estimate and gave us a quote right on the spot. Even though they were booked solid for weeks they still managed to squeeze us into their schedule a few days later so that we could settle into our new home. When it came to painting our place they arrived right on time again and made our main floor look like new. They were respectful of our place and left no trace at all when they were finished. They were meticulous and detail-oriented, right down to positioning every single screw on the wall plates and light switch covers perfectly up and down so that they all aligned. When they left, Jerohmie said to call him if we weren’t completely happy with the results and he would come back and fix it without charge. To my eyes the job they did was nothing short of perfect. But true to his word he came back a few days later to fix a few faint marks my wife found on one wall, and he did so at no additional cost. Throughout the whole process Jerohmie and Dee returned our phone calls and texts immediately, and they were always polite and punctual. In a world where it’s getting harder and harder to find good help these days, Jerohmie and Dee are a throwback to the days when businesses actually cared about giving their customers great service. They’re hands-down the best painters around.

We hired GEM to paint the entire lower level of our home (all walls, doors and trim) and they were in and out within two days!!! The two of them were professional and delivered exactly what was discussed. If it wasn’t for the smell of fresh paint, we wouldn’t have known they were down there! We recently hired Dee and Jer to paint our new home - from top to bottom. We knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job so we left it up to the professionals. They even completed a few things we would not have thought of ourselves.
