(November 9, 2019, 3:13 am)Great experience. i was a bit nervous after i sent my Galaxy s10 plus in for repair i started to read reviews when i found out where it was going and im not sure what happened to most but my experience was great phone was repaired in one day and ship out the next i got my phone and was so scared but opened the box to find my phone in a nice bubble bag and looking like brand new again great job on my phone thank you very much

(September 12, 2019, 9:09 pm)Ignore all other reviews. Future tel has a great service. I sent my phone September 6 and it was back September 12 fixed perfectly. The price was reasonable (Fixed screen + labour + shipping for $165). Also thanks Oneplus for the free case!
