I personally enjoy the nutritional tips as making the proper food choices continues to be my biggest challenge.
Finally a site dedicated to the fitness accomplishments of the older generation . . .It seems like the youth of today seem to be stronger, faster and all over more athletic at a younger age thanks to tools and training that were not always available over the years. Its great to see a collection of seasoned trainers and athletes all on one site to celebrate that age is simply a number and that maintaining and even increasing that strength and fitness level is possible no matter how old you are.
