I really felt that they were there to help and answer to my needs rather than running a business. I could reach someone easily anytime I wanted to and the way I wanted to (phone, email or text)

Truly caring people, extra details of compassion... as sad as a time it was for my family, we felt at ease. Sagen in particular went out of his way numerous times, We can’t thank him enough.

The staff treated everyone with a resounding empathy and care that made an otherwise sad day into one of remembrance and celebration. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Big thank you to all the staff that helped with my uncle's funeral. Everything was perfect and we appreciate everything you did for our family. They are incredibly professional, accommodating and sensitive to all of our needs. They made sure that the wishes of the deceased were met and their expertise on all aspects were impeccable (including make up and hair). I want to thank all the employees of Chapel Ridge, especially to Neil & Matthew. They made us feel like we were at home. Thank you for making our reason for being there easier.
