(July 30, 2021, 10:21 pm)David is a stand-up gentleman and professional. Our pioneer car head unit stopped working on a cross-Camada roadtrip we were taking. I dropped it off with David, while we were in the Toronto area, and he had it repaired and ready to go within a few days, just in time for us to pick it up, reinstall and have tunes and navigation for our return home! Thanks for everything David!

He was also kind enough to send a follow up text to ensure I had a proper installation. Highly recommended!

(March 17, 2021, 7:15 pm)The technical skill, professionalism and genuine caring about people who are having a problem with a device they purchased recently, or even years ago, have made me put Pioneer first when choosing certain types of products, such as car audio. I've been into tech for a long time and this is as good as service gets.

(February 5, 2021, 11:03 pm)Great guys to deal with! I needed a new internal SD card for my Pioneer head unit. It was going to cost me more to ship the head unit than the part it's self, so I mentioned I could do the repair myself and they didn't hesitate to contact Pioneer for me and get the new SD card ordered and shipped to me right away.

(June 23, 2020, 3:26 pm)I can't say enough good things about David and his repair shop. I brought this to him as I was strapped for time to repair it myself. As someone that repairs and works with mechanical + electrical products, I can say he was highly detailed and professional in the repair process. He was also courteous, friendly and respectful on the customer service side. The cost was fair but the overall service I received was what stood above it all.
If I could give the business more stars I would. Definitely would recommend anyone to go here for repairs. If I am ever in need of more repairs, I know where to go.
