(April 20, 2022, 3:05 am)CRTC told us a story: Sorry guys, the big guys are more important than Canadian consumers. So I decided to switch my Bell internet to Cannet. Of course, I am so disappointed in CRTC, and they are on the same side as the big ISPs.
(January 17, 2022, 3:06 pm)This is my first time ordering my internet package online. At first, I did not have too much expectation about that. But after I received my order, the installation was straightforward, and the speed was fast. So I think they desire a 5-star review.
(November 3, 2021, 12:36 pm)I have never had a problem with service going out and the speed is amazing and in times when I needed customer service, they are the greatest. I believe when the service did go out briefly, we were notified of circumstances and when to expect service. Price is very reasonable as well and you can get a service tech out pronto if you need one. Also, very reasonable for a service call and most of the time no charge.
