(January 10, 2020, 11:34 pm)We adopted a rescue sight unseen - when she arrived she was both the most beautiful and most anxious dog that I have ever met. And as she got older, it got worse: she would not go outside to pee unless on a leash or carried (depending on the day and she weighs close to 80 pounds). She would not go for a walk at all, and spent most of her time hiding in dark corners. We thought we would just deal with it but Lucinda pointed out that the stress related cortizone that was coursing through her body was going to really damage organs. We brought her to Lucinda, whom she immediately bonded to and talked about options. The best of which was to get our dog a therapy dog! Lucinda helped us determine the gender, age, and size that would be the best to fit easily in with Emma and she nailed it. Emma is a changed dog, she plays, she walks, she smiles, and is a joy to watch. THANK YOU Lucinda!
