Gary worked with us to ensure that we got the right product, that it qualified for government rebates, and that he shipped everything quickly. While a number of the bulbs arrived broken, Gary was quick to replace them at no cost to us. I have not hesitation in recommending this company for your lighting needs. They are affordable and provide a product that works well!

I heard some idiots complain about the shipping problems to the shop, they think it is the shop's fault. Hope people can understand only courier companies ship, the shop don't...

Canadalite was able to provide us unique, cUL products that were difficult to find elsewhere in Canada. Their customer service was very good, being willing to help us out when we ended up having ordered the wrong product. Being in the NWT, all transactions were done online and by phone. From the experience we had, you can trust this company. We will continue ordering from them!
