I came to bur oak with a bad tooth ache and Dr. Dagenais and his team were complete lifesavers! They went out if there way to accommodate seeing me as quickly as possible, and every single staff member was professional, friendly and kind throughout the whole process.

Dr. Gupta is amazing. Our family has being going to him since he opened his first clinic. His services are so great, I think he is up to 3 clinics if not more. Amazing staff, and locations. Quality dental work with a friendly atmosphere.

I have been coming to Bur Oak Dental for years. Even after I moved out of Markham, I drive 45 minutes to get here because I just can’t see finding a better place. Every time I think about switching dentists because of the distance I just can’t do it because of how well I’m treated at Bur Oak. I love that they are organized and take the time to remember details about me like: I like to watch CP 24 as I get my teeth cleaned, my favourite hygienist is Jane and I’m a nervous patient if I need any repairs. Thankfully I very rarely need any work done because they take good care of my teeth.

Bur Oak Dental does direct insurance billing and makes sure I maximize my benefits each year. They arrange cleaning appointments like clockwork and will let me know if any services will cost extra. The reception staff is really nice and consistent.

Since the business has grown I rarely see my regular dentist, it is usually someone else. If I went to a smaller dental office this probably wouldn’t happen. Overall, I don’t mind because I feel the hygienist is more important and I’m sure they could arrange my appointments to only see one dentist if I asked.

I tried their Boost whitening service but didn’t find it was a dramatic change and within a couple months my teeth look like they did before. They do offer other options for whitening, but I haven’t tried them. Bur Oak gives you a loot bag at the end of your cleaning with some supplies to keep your smile bright.
