The place was easy to find, lots of parking, small place. It’s not a fancy place (like a hole in the wall at first glance) but the massage provided was overall great. 5 stars goes to massage but i had to drop it to 3 stars due to scheduling conflicts. Looks like they only had one room for massage which is actually ok inside, prob another room for acupuncture, and a smaller room in the front. They do need to work on scheduling (we were on time but because of earlier customers being late they delayed us 1.5 hrs!). I never been to a spa or any massage/hair appts where if you were late 1.5 hours they will still honour your service so i guess for regulars that is a perk. Went here on a groupon. They did apologize profusely. Also another annoyance was that if you get the front rooms, sometimes they leave the door open during the service or open it while your changing (they knock first) but being at the front room and people are sitting outside in the waiting area (the door opens in front of the waiting area), there is a lack of privacy for sure. Also a minor annoyance, the massage was interrupted a couple of times to tend to other customers so that was a bit weird. The owner and staff were super nice. And they are RMT. I would definitely recommend the massage (didn’t try acupuncture and it seems they get a lot of regulars for it) but the scheduling deters me from coming back. Maybe one day and when they sort out their logistics. It’s too bad because the massage was great.
