Country Zen Yoga

Country Zen is an amazing yoga studio. So different than yoga class in a gym. It is beautiful space with an amazing instructors.

It's hard to find a studio that holds the authentic values of yoga within their practise like the the teachers at Country Zen do. I spent at least a year trying to find a studio and I am happy that my search is over. The studio has such a nice atmosphere and is filled with accepting genuine people. I would highly recommend this studio to my fellow yogis:).

I can't say enough great things about CZY. The location is perfectly located for the residents of small town Schomberg and it is beautifully decorated inside. Everyone you meet at this location is exceptionally kind and you feel at home as soon as you walk through those doors. The instructors are knowledgeable and put great emphasis on proper form and alignment. They put together great socials and challenges throughout the year to create a sense of community and promote healthy living. 5 stars in every category you can think of!

Country Zen in Schomberg is an amazing yoga studio. So different than just taking a yoga class in a gym, it is a true "experience" in a beautiful space where you will be supported by qualified instructors who truly care about your well-being and are passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of Yoga. A variety of classes are offered (Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal etc.) and you can choose between warm and hot depending on your preference. I love that no matter what your skill level they really make everyone feel welcome. I am two years into my yoga journey and so thankful to have such a wonderful studio close to home. If you are thinking of trying Yoga or have been practicing for years you will feel right at home at Country Zen!

The energy at Country Zen is unreal. These two ladies and their team of amazing instructors work their butts off day in and day out to serve our community. They are the most approachable and friendly people I have ever met. The level and attention to detail in the teachings is outstanding and I have been practicing at many studios for the past 35 years. A downtown caliber studio nestled into the Schomberg / Pottageville / Kettleby region...a complete gem. Thank you for changing my life
