I went in the basement and found water and God only knows what all around the drain, it was nasty. I Googled floor drain service and found these guys.

A fellow named Robert came in no time and cleared out the pipe, he even showed me inside the pipe with a camera and explained everything to me.

I learned the hard way to NOT flush baby wipes and to NOT pour grease down the drain.

The whole thing only took about an hour and a half and all is well now.

Great service, I highly recommend this company.

My first dealing with Plumbing Authority was almost 3 years ago when I had to deal with a water issue at my recently purchased house, something that I really didn't expect but had to deal with. At the time it was a little overwhelming but thanks to clear direction on their part on what was to happen, the whole process went very well and the end result was amazing.

Now fast forward to the present, I now find that I have another issue, nothing to do with the first issue, that has never caused me any problems since the day the job was completed. This time, I was better prepared, I knew exactly who to contact for the new issue and once again was not disappointed.

I called Rob at Plumbing Authority Inc., who else would I call??? The service and knowledge is beyond anyone out there and why would I not deal with someone who I know will treat me fairly, take my concerns into consideration and provide me with a fair price.

Once again, all went well, I'm not surprised! I had to take a second look around as you wouldn't have even known that they were here, what more can you ask for?
