By far my best experience ever for dental hygiene from a very knowledgable and caring professional! I very highly recommend.
I have been seeing Kathleen Bernardi of Woodland Dental for over a year now. During this time, she has taken incredible care to explain what other dentists/dental hygienists did not. I think it's important we have an understanding of how we can control our own dental hygiene on a daily basis. Also, it's such a calming environment for a dental hygienist clinic.
When I first started seeing her, I had incredible tooth sensitivity and receding gums. My previous dentist told me this was normal, but never once measured the recession.
Since seeing Kathleen, my tooth sensitivity is almost gone (I can comfortably go through a cleaning with no pain), and my gums have notably stopped receding and have even come back down.
Next we're going to tackle my mouth breathing, jaw clenching & teeth grinding. Everything is connected, and rather than fixing one issue, we're focusing on the root cause.
