    Clean facility. Friendly staff.
    Free WiFi and parking.
We stayed one night and was close to where we wanted to go, which was driving distance to Markham Fairground.
We had our morning coffee on the nice outdoor sitting/BBQ area.
Coffee, tea, water and fruit was available in the morning.

Good place to stay while visiting upper GTA or York Region. The two bedrooms per unit make it great for kids to have their own space, including Wi-Fi enabled TV. Few things to note: NO coffee maker or kettle in the room, we brought our own for noodle packs and constant coffee or tea; FULL-SIZED fridge with REAL freezer, make keeping food for a family really easy; double beds have NO fitted sheets, so the sheets tend to get all twisted up and messy....if we stay there again, tempted to bring a few fitted sheets for a better night sleep; free coffee and tea in mornings in foyer, along with apples. AVAILABLE laundry, games room, outdoor patio with BBQ's, AND kitchen / dining area on main floor with two stoves/ ovens if you are inclined to make a proper meal. BRING DISHES / COOKWARE. Microwave was really handy with kids for soup and rice (we brought cooking / eating supplies).

Wow, great value for money. This is a hidden gem. And I remember this place before the renovations! It was a dump then. Great now! 2 bedrooms per room with a basic kitchen and bathroom. When we walked in all the staff are friendly. All smiling! You know the place is good when all the staff are happy, smiling, and helpful! Even the housekeepers were smiling and cheerful. They joked with me the whole time.

As a student dorm, I did expect it to be different, you know like questionable in the cleanliness department, but again WOW! It was spotless! The rooms smelled great and were clean. Oh, the rooms have smart tv’s and with fast wifi it’s perfect. I’d say the only thing missing is maybe a wider selection on the breakfast, but hey there is a fridge in the room

I just want to thank everyone from housekeeping to the front desk staff! THEY ARE AWESOME. 👍👍👍 three thumbs up

Very friendly staff. Requests and instructions were followed (accessibility room needs). Rooms were clean and showed a history of proper care. And pictures on booking site were exactly accurate which allowed me to throw it in the face of the grumpy goose in our party.

I was looking for lodging for a party of 8 and luckily I found the Residence & Conference Centre at Seneca College! Each "room" comprises of 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed, TV and desk. There is one shared bathroom and kitchen with a table, chairs, large fridge and microwave. All for less than a sub par 2 stars hotel in the region. We were on the third floor and it appeared all rooms there were renovated. Main floor was being worked on but we did not hear any noise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. No problems getting extra towels. There is a parking across the hotel at $5 per day. I recommend paying it in advance for your stay at the front desk so you just need to get your ticket stamped every time you leave. The hotel is located in the country side, about a 5 minutes drive to the nearest shopping center with big modern food mart called Coppa's Fresh Market with loads of good stuff available. Keep in mind that you are 30 to 60 minutes away from downtown Toronto depending at what time you want to go, but this is Toronto so anywhere is 30 minutes away from where you want to go. Only very small drawback is that there is no pool. We will come back next time we are in Toronto.
