We initially contacted them when we ran our well dry and King City Well Drilling came in the same day we called for a quote and fixed it on the spot. We ended up having an issue with our pump months later and they came and replaced the pump the next day (over a long weekend). These guys were professional, provided quality service, responsive and we cannot say enough good things about their customer service . Highly, highly recommended for all your well related needs.

Jesse is so understanding of how important well water is to rural clients and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that downtime is minimal. He’s so great with you the customer and is very polite and accommodating.
Bruce is a wealth of knowledge far beyond his years and is so professional when dealing with clients and provides tons of options and suggestions on how to have sustainable work completed on your well system.
I’m personally the owner and operator of a local Plumbing & Septic company in King Township and to have such an amazing well water service contractor to refer my clients is such a blessing. These guys are the only company I refer my clients to and with great reason.

(June 18, 2020, 2:45 pm)A first time customer , King Cit Well Drilling Co was highly recommended by another contractor, so Jesse & Dave came on short notice within 24 hour period to get our water supply back up running, these guys are clean , fast , efficient trouble shooters, solution providers, great attitudes with excellent service. We recommend King City Well Drilling Co. and will rely on them for future annual inspection !
