(August 26, 2016, 9:50 pm)Great little housing complex. This is a hidden gem in Pefferlaw. The building has cozy apartments with laundry rooms on both levels for easy use. There's an elevator for those who need it, secure door access in the lobby and great staff. The vibe is of a tiny community where the residents get together in the lounge for coffee. Lots of space for outdoor activities and close to downtown Pefferlaw, walking trails, library, Lion's Club, parks, playgrounds and ice rink in the winter. Call to add your name to the growing waiting list. This building has low-turn over and only a small number of units. Clean, quiet and pet friendly.
