Great service. Mark was able to walk us through the whole process and prepare all the documents for our city permits. Truly "turn-key" service!
We've used Mark Ellis and Cinerea several times for our arborist needs related to assessing the condition of our trees and helping us with getting city tree removal permits for both sick trees and construction related removal permits. He has been excellent at giving fast, professional service, and has gone out of his way to help us with consultations. On top of that, their rates are very competitive. I would highly recommend using his services.
Mark was very kind to take the time to explain to me the intricacies of an arborist report and the details of what he has to do for the report, and help me with the process to get the necessary approvals. He was also honest to explain what services I need vs. don't need, instead of trying to make the quote unnecessarily more expensive. And then he sent me links where I could further educate myself.
