Amazing customer service and amazing people to deal with. I have nothing but good to say about Kevin and Dan. They have always been great help when needed!! I always recommend Big Dog media to all my friends and family when they are considering switching over from regular cable. The Android box with IPTV is awesome! I love that we can watch any channel and any movie!

The Box itself is so user friendly especially for people like myself who has limited tech skills, I can find my way around the box with no stress or issues. The customer service is excellent and are always there to help should you need it. I have dealt with other companies and there is no comparison...Big Dog comes out on top!

Their attention to detail is amazing and their compassion towards their customers to making sure they have the best safe service is refreshing. We were so happy with the service that we recommended it to our daughter, our son, my mother in-law and my sister. Each of them have the service (our daughter 5+ years, our son, 4+ years, mother in-law 2+ years and sister 1 year).
