Ryan kept a sharp eye on each step as the project moved forward, and offered excellent advice for small changes that made a big difference. Every task completed was of the highest quality. The framing, in particular was second to none. Every angle and corner is perfect. It was absolutely beautiful to look at, almost a shame to cover it up! Ryan also answered all of my questions with explanations of how each task should be completed. He is easy to work with, both personable and skilled. I would recommend Ryan and Alair Georgina for any task, large or small.

(February 9, 2021, 4:08 pm)Ryan and his team built a second storey addition on our bungalow. They were professional and knowledgeable from the demolition to the build. Ryan’s expertise solved problems that arose when building on unsquare and unlevel previous build and the finished product you would never know that it was anything but perfect before. He was able to provide contacts for reasonable materials pricing and had quick solutions on the fly with changes to the initial plans. After this major renovation and smaller projects around our home he has worked on I would not hesitate to call him when I need a pro!

Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Everyone on the job were super conscious of the quality of their work.
