  Were met by Alan a d right from the first impression we felt comfortable and he did not add any unwanted pressure. He took time to make sure we had good idea of what products were in the store, and let us browse at our own pace. He explained about the sale items and fixed price markdown items and basically left usto make our own decisions. We left the store with confidence knowing we would be back and we closed the deal today on our own accord. Would highly recommend Alan at the Newmarket La Z Boy store.

  Well I initially met Debra and she was warn & understanding.
  She was not aggressive or forward in her approach. Most people are tense waiting for a Sales rep to hit entering the lobby....like a car sales rep.
  I new right away I had the girl for me.
  She was knowledgeable on the product I requested & didn’t ask me my price range.
  Debra showed me all the options & I needed lots questions answered.
  Once I decided the product was for me I left to inform my wife & mother of my suggestion.
  She used her IPad which saved time & freely sent pics for me.
  The following day I introduced the “girls” to her and struck a deal.
  A great experience without being pushed around, over sold or having a rep attached to me.
  
  Thank you Debra for showing me their are still reps who won’t overwhelm clients for a sale.
  Thank you La-Z-Boy for promoting knowledgeable personal who listen to us.

  Andrew and Susan were great to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and understood our needs. Our experience was positive and I would highly recommend both of them. In house design team helped us decide which furniture would best suit our new house. There's a real family atmosphere in the East Gwillimbury store that made shopping easy. Furniture delivery went well and we are really pleased with the quality and comfort of the chairs and couches we purchased. 5 out of 5 star service! Thanks again.

  Alan Penn was very professional and thorough. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me reclining chairs that met my criteria. We were able to eliminate chairs and narrow it down to the top 3 quickly. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Colour and material swatches were borrowed so I could see them in my own home. When I returned he was very thorough in making sure we were getting what we wanted and explained all the warranty packages. When we had questions he was patient to make sure we understood everything.

  Lazy boy was great from beginning to end. Debra was very accommodating, gave me room to think and mull it over. I went home to measure the room for the couch and was able to complete my transaction from home which was very convenient. I received my couch several weeks before the due date which was great. The delivery guys were great, they took off their shows while holding a couch during one of the coldest days this winter. They were quick and very professional. I live my couch and I will be going back for our next purchase
