  Grant and Cam were terrific. They came in, checked out my leaking drain pipe and had it fixed quickly. Very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.

  This is a fantastic company. This was my second quote for various small plumbing jobs. The fist company insisted i needed to change my toilet for $1200 which seemed like an awful lot, but Brandon repaired it and now it works just fine. Brandon was honest and took the time to investigate before quoting me for parts i may not need, which is what the other plumbing company did. I am just so happy with the customer service, the work and the fair and honest pricing. I really recommend Black Forest Plumbing.

  Black Forest Plumbing is my go-to company for any plumbing issues I have. I've used them on a number of occasions and they are always responsive, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. Brandon and his colleague arrived today and sorted everything out in under an hour. Incredible customer service - was able to have repairs done within a few hours from my initial phone call and the main office kept in touch to let me know when I could expect the plumbing team to arrive. Excellent costumer service at every step.

  While I was replacing my shower/tub diverter, I managed to break the new diverter as well damaged the pipe behind the wall. I have used Black Forest Plumber 3 times in the past and very pleased with their service, so I have contacted them again to repair this mess I made.
  
  Grant arrived to the rescue. He and his associate were very professional and personable and repaired my mess in less than 1 hour. I was very happy with the service performed and they even cleaned the mess that I have created, with water leaking in the basement. The repair was made from behind the wall and no damage to my tiles in the shower. Grant provided me with a great idea. For the hole that was made behind the shower in order to fix the leaking pipe, was to go to Home Depot to purchase an access door to place over the hole, which I have done and looks great. No drywall/taping patching or painting required. Great piece of advice and I never even thought of that.
  
  From booking of the service call at the office, to Grant coming to my rescue and addressing my problem in a very timely manner I am extremely pleased with the service and they’re very reasonable priced . I will happily recommend them without hesitation.
  
  BTW.. I have Drilled Well Water and I have to replace my holding tank in the spring time as it’s losing water pressure and I will be using Black Forest Plumbing to replace it.

  I had Black Forest Plumbing in to repair my toilets and am very pleased with their work. Grant and his assistant were very knowledgeable and quickly got down to work. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
