  The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of fair priced products. My experience however was very negative.
  As a customer, you would expect to be provided with the goods and service that you paid for right?
  I came in on Wednesday and purchased two tiles (transition pieces) and arranged with the staff (Paul) to have the two pieces cut. He charged me for the tiles and for the cuts and said that he will try and have it done for the following day and promised to call me and let me know. Thursday evening came and no call. I call them and got an apology and was assured that they will be ready the following day.
  Friday came and no phone call so I called them in the late afternoon. Was promised again that the two tiles will be cut in the next half an hour or so. I came to pick them up over two hours later and Paul was no where to be found so another guy brought out the two tiles. When I got home I realized that the tiles were not cut.
  They're not far from me so I drove back on Saturday morning. Saw Paul and got another excuse saying, "we're short staffed", "I didn't have time to cut the two tiles".
  I get that businesses have days when they're challenged to keep up. Less staff, short on time, etc. The issue is that you promised on two occasions to have my product ready. Also, I paid for the product days ago. Why are the clients that come in after me are getting service ahead of me? How is that right and how is that good customer service? Surely cutting two tiles would not have taken a long time and would have kept this customer happy. This is bad business and very bad customer service.
  I'm sure they're not going to go bankrupt from losing my business but with many renovations underway in my house and my parents home, I will certainly not be dealing with Tilemaster again.
  Thank you for waisting my time and creating a very negative customer experience.
  
  I was contacted by the store manager about a month ago and he apologised for the way I was treated. His name is Paul but he's not the same Paul that I wrote about before.
  He explained that this is not something that should have happened and assured me that it wold not happen again. He promised to discuss this with the staff to make sure it does not repeat.
  He also offered to have the tiles cut for me but I already dealt with that elsewhere.
  Thanks Paul for contacting me and trying to smooth this out.

  This is our second time dealing with Tile Master in Aurora. So far both times have been positive. Happy with our tile and supplies and found exactly what I was looking for.But this time we have met with Connor three times in the last three weeks. He has been amazing and each time we have met with him he's been so accommodating and especially polite. He is gone above and beyond to make our experience pleasurable, even when he was obviously busy and overworked. Would like to give a shout out to his parents as they have obviously done an amazing job! Tile Master don't lose him as he is a hidden gem. He is our go-to guy there. Excellent customer service and overall great guy!

  Bathroom reno’s = anxiety!! :)
  Paul made our shopping experience enjoyable! He has a great sense of humour and great customer service skills. Very knowledgeable! I would recommend Tilemaster to anyone - based on our experience with Paul - thanks Paul!

  This is the best tile store ever! York region has a gem in the tile community! Fantastic prices, amazing selection and the Staff is A1! Tile shopping does not get better than this! Go on have your own awesome experience there.....but don't say i didn't warn ya! ;)
