I opened up an email from my travel agent which I thought was legit but it contained some malware. My anti-virus said it blocked it but I still wasn't feeling confident so after reading reviews online I called Serge's. He answered right away and told me that he was going to look at my system remotely ( which is great since I just had surgery and am in a wheelchair)! He was professional and explained what he was doing at all times. He was confident my system was clean and wasn't going to allow payment...but I'm stubborn and insisted. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks again!

A subsequent issue arose and was also immediately addressed. I would highly recommend.
