  Excellent experience stop was wonderful knowledgeable I was actually helpful this is only the second time since switching to Rogers a year ago that I had to visit a store location service was amazing best location in Aurora actually ended up walking out of the other location on Yonge and Dunning Avenue due to poor customer service the customer service at this location is by far a 5 out of 5 would recommend it to anybody

  Today I picked up my iphone XR from the Rogers store and had the best ever services from Rogers (or any electronics retail store). Staff Eric was not only courteous and professional right from the start but was very knowledgeable with the product and accessories. He was also very friendly and patient with my questions and spent a long time on the phone with other Rogers departments to straighten my hardware upgrade cost. He made sure that the previously quoted price for the phone was honoured by Rogers. He then spent much time helping me select the proper phone case and screen protector, and took the time to install it. He also helped me with transferring all data from my old phone to the new one. Despite a 3 week wait for the phone I ended up being a happy customer and was impressed with the services I received from Eric and the store. I would certainly return for more business in the future.

  I have been a Rogers customer for years and I have to say that this location is absolutely AMAZING!!! In particular ERIC. ERIC has to be the most knowledge and patient sales person I have ever met. He made what is usually a 3 hour ordeal with the retention department (on the phone) very enjoyable.Keep up the great work Eric, you are a gem!!!!

  Went into Rogers this afternoon to look at the new iPhones and potentially upgrade my phone. All of the 3 staff members that were working were not only helpful, but friendly, knowledgeable
  and accommodating to all my questions and requests. I highly recommend this location and its staff for any of your Rogers needs. Thank you for all your help and setting up my new iPhone !!!
