Ren's Pets Aurora

New store is nice, clean, bright, and didn't smell like some other places! Good to know that they cater only to cats and dogs (no fish or aquarium, etc.) Nick was very helpful.

Love this Rens. Always find items on sale because they are close to expiry. And I have a mastiff puppy so it's gone in a minute. The clearance items are never gross or stale. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Never rude. They have everything I need and the acana is cheaper here than at global..

I will be honest, it is convenient for me because it is close by. A lot of times there is not enough staff to answer my questions and it is missing some dog treats like 'benko sticks'. BUT it has everything I need for my skinny pig. I will still shop at Ren's Pets Depot because I want them to succeed so I don't have to drive 30min just to get some hay :)

Upon entering the store I was greeted by two friendly staff members. My husband and I had decided to try a raw diet for our two Boxers. After a moment looking in the freezers a staff member named Ally asked me if I needed any assistance. I was a newbie to feeding raw and I was happy to have such quick help available to me. Both of my dogs have different dietary restrictions so i was a little lost looking at the boxes and what they meant. Ally asked me several questions about my boys and pointed me in the direction of the food that would be best suited for each. I felt confident leaving the store after this member of staff had taken the time to understand what each dog required in their diet instead of showing me a food and moving on to the next customer! This was especially inportant since one my dogs has allergies to many kinds of meat. After about a week of feeding Ally's recommendation my allergy sensitive boy had never been happier. Since then, I have continued to come to Ren's because the staff really cares about the animals. Great experiences every time I have been in! Thank you Rens Pet Depot and thank you Ally!

This pet store is well stocked with all your needs. When they have sales, they are really good. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Recommend for sure.
