The optometrist onsite is also amazing and makes the process so much easier.

Have had issues with frames purchased from Insight which were handled efficiently and courteously. One can never guarantee there won't be problems with a product but with the personal touch provided by Insight you can rest assured there is no better place for customer service. Insight will make it right....they want you to be happy with your eyewear.

The staff are always warm and helpful. They have a great selection of frames and will tell you honestly what works for you. My family and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
